Questions people ask
What is the Opportunity score?
It is calculated per article, not per site. Two things go into it: how present that article already is in the AI answers your prompts return, and the Domain Rating of the site hosting it. The score is what sets the price of the placement, and you see both before you approve anything. Anything scoring below 20 is not submitted to you.
What does it cost to get started?
The minimum opening budget is $1,000. You fund it upfront and the work draws down against it as you approve placements. There is no retainer and no service fee on top of the rate card.
What are Publisher fees?
What a publisher charges to run the placement, usually between $100 and $300. Fees are negotiated per opportunity, passed through to you without mark-up, and always shown before you approve. About 60% of the time the publisher would rather have a link exchange than a fee, and in that case there is no Publisher fee at all. The rate card price for the placement still applies.
When am I charged?
Once, at the start. You pay for the budget upfront and that is the only invoice: we manage the budget from there and draw down against it as you approve placements, so nothing is billed placement by placement. When the budget runs out, you top it up.
What happens to budget I don’t use?
Whatever is left after 60 days comes back to you, or stays as credit for the next campaign, your choice. If you ask for it back, it is returned within 30 days.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no term and no notice period. Placements already live stay live, and any budget you have not spent comes back to you.
How fast is it?
We wait 7 days after tracking your prompts, long enough to have real data, then we launch the campaigns. The first opportunities usually appear the day we launch.
How do we communicate?
In a Slack channel. Théo and Victor are in the channel, and that is where opportunities land and get approved.
How do you report?
A weekly analysis report, plus a quarterly meeting. We go through what was placed, what it moved in your rankings and AI citations, and where the next quarter should aim.
